Why did I start Ma’s Notary?

Ten years ago, I was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis and I thought it was the end of the world. To a certain extent, it was, while the probability of MS killing me is low the probability is high that I will continue to have worsening physical symptoms. I know what it is like to struggle to find parking or walk upstairs if the building isn’t handicapped accessible. I also know what it feels like for people not to make room for others who aren’t able to do like everyone else.  I can sometimes meet people at their worst moments, and it feels good to help people just like me have a more accessible world.
